TGVLR is closed. No further editions of our magazine are planned for the foreseable future. Our FB page and websites will remain online, as records of our history. Posting of interesting articles on our FB page as well as on our writers group’s FB page will continue indefinitely. The NYUVW group has also been closed. Thanks and best wishes to all of our contributors and readers. It was fun while it lasted!

Attention: Creative Writers!
The Greenwich Village Literary Review (TGVLR) will offer internships to NYU students who have Web-based technical skills, including Word Press, Photoshop and HTML. Interns will support the layout and make-up of the publication’s online issues and content offerings on its Website,
Interns will be given a fantastic opportunity to participate in all of TGVLR’s literary activities, including:
-Publication of short stories, poetry, memoirs, non-fiction articles, and graphic art
-Participation in our monthly NYU Village Writers Group’s critique sessions, held at the Jefferson Market Library on Sixth Avenue and 10th Street.
-Participation in our series of Public Readings at the Jefferson Market Library.
Now entering its fourth year, the NYU Village Writers has has become a proven outlet for writers of all ages and levels, who receive the benefits of feedback and encouragement in a supportive environment as well as the opportunity to see their creative works published in an online magazine and presented in well-attended public forums.
